Refund policy

We understand that ordering parts online can be tricky, especially when ensuring compatibility. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return policy on most unused parts.


Eligible Returns:

  • You are entitled to a full refund or exchange for most unused and unopened parts within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. This means no damage, wear, or tampering with the packaging.

 

Items Not Eligible:

  • Opened or installed parts are generally not eligible for return due to the potential for incorrect installation or compatibility issues.

 

  • Special order parts or refurbished (those marked as non-returnable on the product page) cannot be returned.

 

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for parts that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

 

Return Process:

  1. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

 

  1. Return Shipping: Unless the item is found faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own records.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

 

  • If an item is being returned after 14 days we may still return the item at our discretion, the buyer is responsible for paying the appropriate returns postage. A restocking fee of 40% may apply to any orders returned after 14 days of receipt  (this is discretionary, time and item dependent and does not affect your 14 day cool off period statutory rights).
