At Heat Pump Parts, we strive to get your parts to you quickly and securely. Here's what you need to know about our shipping options:

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs and budget. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, value and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen delivery location. During checkout, you will be offered available shipping options and their estimated delivery times.

Here are some common shipping methods we offer:

  • Express Shipping: Get your parts faster with expedited shipping, delivering within 1-2 business days. Order before 12pm ( postcode restrictions may apply).
  • Direct From Supplier: Extended lead time items
  • Palleted or Heavy items: Calculated on weight

Additional Information

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships if an email is provided.
  • Free Shipping: Currently available on an order where the value of product/products ordered is £250.00 or above. Exclusions apply - total weight of product/products ordered are equal or above 10kg, products ordered from manufacturers or from EU. Available only for UK shipping only. Please contact us if you require clarification.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Orders: We can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, however, delivery times may vary. Please contact us for details.
  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to mainland Europe. Please contact us for details.

Delivery Exceptions

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for orders shipped to remote locations, Scottish Highlands or during peak shipping seasons.
  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances that may delay your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customs, Taxes and Shipping Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: All orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer (the importer of record) is solely responsible for paying any and all additional fees associated with the sale.

  • Payment of Fees: These charges are typically due once the package reaches its destination country. We do not collect these fees at checkout, nor can we predict what your particular charges may be.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs, storage fees, or applicable abandonment fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customs Delays: Please be advised that customs processing can occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our original shipping estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local postal service backlogs

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.
